Shipping area

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and select European countries. Please see the checkout page for specific country/region shipping details .

Carrier

We may use carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS for delivery. The actual carrier will be specified in the shipping notification.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 – 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Slight delays may occur during peak seasons or promotional periods; we will notify you via the order page or email.

Shipping and Free Shipping

$100 within the United States , and free shipping on orders over $ 200 in Canada, Australia, and Europe .

Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination and delivery method. Whether free shipping is available and the minimum spending requirements (if applicable) are as displayed on the checkout page and may vary by region.

Customs duties and taxes

Delivery time

Delivery time depends on the delivery method and destination you choose at checkout.

The estimated delivery/shipping times are as follows: USA 3–7 business days; Canada 5–10 business days; Australia and Europe 7–15 business days (subject to the time shown on the checkout page).

Please note: Delivery time is estimated and may be affected by weather, customs, or carrier issues. If delivery takes longer than expected, we will notify you by email or SMS and assist with the investigation with the carrier or provide alternative arrangements.

Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with tracking information via email. You can also access our order tracking  and enter your order number to view the latest order status. Please note that tracking information may be updated within 24 hours.

Damage or loss during transport

If your order is damaged in transit, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving the goods and provide photos of the damaged packaging and the product. We will verify the situation and provide you with a free replacement or full refund upon confirmation of damage. For lost packages, we will cooperate with the carrier to investigate and provide a solution. You may need to provide tracking information and relevant communication records as evidence.

Address accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete. Incorrect addresses may result in undeliverable or returned packages, which may incur additional costs or delays.

Exception handling

If any logistics issues arise (such as no updates for an extended period, misdelivery, or damage), please contact us as soon as possible  and provide your order number and tracking number. We will assist in verifying the information with the carrier.
